I am such a huge fan of all of the groups at SM Entertainment. So,I was excited when it was announced that they were doing SMTOWN again! We get tons of new music, including collaborations between multiple groups. So when I saw that the SMTOWN 2021 SMCU Express Album was about to come out, I knew I needed a copy. SMTOWN 2021 SMCU Express is based on the SMCU – SM Culture Universe, the fictitious world that all SM artists have been in since 2020. This also was the first SMTOWN record in 10 years, as the last one was in 2011. The album took the #1 spot on the Gaon Album Weekly charts, #2 spot on the Monthly charts, and was certified 2 times Platinum in South Korea, selling over 645 thousand items.

I absolutely love collaboration albums. It’s so much fun to see different artists from different groups work together. It’s even better when they come out with fire tracks, like ZOO. I still jam out to that track to this day. It’s incredibly catchy. On top of that, I love all of the fun extras, especially in the SMTown version. I was so shocked to see so many posters! It makes this album truly special.

What is Rakuten?
Rakuten is a cashback site that gives you money for purchases you may have already made. They even have an extension for multiple browsers so when you go to a website that uses Rakuten, it will automatically pop up the cashback button to make sure you are saving money. I use this all the time, and I got over $80 back from them for purchases I was going to make anyway. That’s about 3 more albums I can buy!

You will also get whatever percent cashback is being offered from the site you are purchasing from. Sephora, typically has 4% cashback, through here. Ulta typically has 3%. These are just some of the companies on the website, but there are other major retailers on there as well!
Rakuten also has a Google Chrome extension that will tell you as soon as you log onto a site that has cashback with a little pop-up in the corner so that you can ensure you are saving money!
