If you have been following this blog (or even if you haven’t been), you may know that I am a big fan of the ladies of MAMAMOO. So, when it was announced that they were going to be coming out with a compilation album, I needed it. Keep reading to find out what comes with the I Say MAMAMOO: The Best album, my thoughts, and where you can pick up a copy.

Released on September 15th, 2021 was released to celebrate 7 years as MAMAMOO. Interestingly enough, this album was released right after Wheein decided to not renew her contract for her solo activities with RGW. (She did renew it for 2 years for all MAMAMOO group activities.) The album includes 23 songs, 21 remixes and re-recorded versions, as well as 2 brand new songs: “Mumumumuch” and “Happily Ever After”. “Mumumumuch” is the album’s lead single and the album was the group’s 10th Top 10 album on the Gaon Album charts.

Honestly, I’m obsessed with this album. If I ever have to travel or go on a plane, this is one of the albums that I always download onto my phone before departing so I have it even if I don’t have phone service. From start to finish, this album is a wonderful album, and I consistently jam out to it.
