EXO-CBX Blooming Days Album Unboxing

exo cbx blooming days

My copy of Blooming Days came in the mail finally! Last month, EXO-CBX produced a new mini album called “Blooming Days” (you can read my thoughts on the music here). Naturally, I had to buy a copy, as you put E, X, and O together, and it must be mine. If you do not know by know that EXO is my bias group, well, you do now. I talk about how much I love them all the time. Their music has staying power. Including their Japanese releases, like Magic.

Blooming Days also has “staying power” as after about a month and a half, I’m still listening to the whole album the whole way through, and the tracks still get stuck in my head. On top of that, “Vroom Vroom” and “Blooming Days” are staples in my playlist.

You can pick up a copy of this album on Choice Music for $16.99 plus shipping and handling here. You can also get a copy off of Amazon here for $19.89 plus free shipping. Choice Music does ship internationally. They are also just good people.

Things to know about this album:

  • There are 2 versions:
    • Blooming
    • Days (shown here)
  • What comes with the album:
    • CD (different style for each version)
    • 64 page photo booklet
    • Sticker Sheet
    • Photo card (9 versions)
    • There is also supposed to be a post card, but it looks like I didn’t get it ๐Ÿ™ There are 3 versions of the post card.
  • I love the bright colors that they chose for the album. I think it is perfect for spring, and I like how it matches the music video.
  • The CD has one of those little foam things in the center holding the album in, which I love, because those are the most stable.
  • The CD is the same size as the first EXO CBX album, Hey Mama! They look very nice stacked next to each other.

K-Points: 322/5

No matter how much I enjoy the music on this album, the physical album itself didn’t give me the feels. I didn’t say “Oh! This is so cool!” or anything of that nature. The pictures are nice, but they didn’t blow me away. To be honest, I like the photos in the Japanese release better (you can see those here). They were more my taste.

Should you still buy a copy of this album? Absolutely! The music is still really good, and features great vocals. You can read my thoughts on the vocals here. Can you just stream it? Totally.  The music is all good!

Who is your favorite member in EXO? Is it a member of CBX? Let me know in the comments below, K-Nuggets!
