Hey all, I’m back again with another video for you all. Today I will be reviewing the Dr. Jart Shake and Shot Rubber Masks. This had to be done on camera, as you can probably see from the screenshot, they are very strange, and highly amusing. I originally tried one of these in my June Bomibox, and was like… this… this is a video.
As noted I note in the beautiful little video below, I did pick this product up off of the Sephora website for $36. You can get it here. Individual masks cost $12 a piece, and you can pick whichever version you like here. Looks like you can also pick these up on Amazon for a few dollars cheaper, but I will link those down below, as they are for each individual style.
Things to Know about the Dr. Jart Shake and Shot:
- There are 4 types of masks:
- The masks come with 2 products that you are supposed to mix/shake together:
- Super Booster
- An ampoule (that is the color of the lid)
- They are rubber masks, so they shake when you put them on your face
- They are also really good at keeping the moisture in your face

I really enjoy these masks. They’re excellent for a serious boost to your skin in a hurry. If your skin was super dry, I would definitely say grab the hydro shot one, as your skin will feel so much better afterwards.
So, why isn’t this getting a higher score? Well, the masks are extremely expensive! $12 for a mask is pretty high, and I’m not even sure if the effects are better than any other masks of tried. On top of that, they are messy. Despite the fact that I do enjoy these masks, there are tons of other ones that are cheaper, and probably give similar effects.
Should you buy this? If you want to have a ton of fun with rubber, and spoil yourself a little, absolutely pick one of these up. They’re still tons of fun. Are there other products that are just as good that you can use? Absolutely. This product isn’t a game changer for me.
