My Bomibox for September 2018 has arrived in the mail, and yet again, I was very excited to see what they had in store for me. This month, I was so excited that I even filmed a video for you all of me going through the products in it and looking at them the first time, also known as me talking to myself in front of a lens, as that is what YouTube Videos are at their core. The video will be below.
If you do not know what Bomibox is, it is a Korean beauty monthly subscription service that will send you 7-8 products a month to try, many of which are full sized, so you get a lot of bang for your buck. The July Box was worth twice what you pay for it, and the June Box was worth even more. FOr the price of it, you do get a lot of high quality, fantastic products to try.
If you would like to subscribe you can do so here. The box costs $37.99 a month, and it gives you 8 items in it, half full-sized, half sample-sized, usually with 2 or 3 masks. They also offer Bomibag which costs $19.99 a month which comes with only sample sized-products. The Bomibag is definitely a good way to get your toes wet with K-Beauty if you have never tried it out before. If you have a full routine, it is great to try new products, as well.

- I like the Spot Cream. I think it is very effective, while also being very gentle. Luckily, I actually had a spot that was beginning to pop up right when this came in, so I have been using it on that. We’ll see if it prevents crazy inflammatory acne.
- The Pyunkangyul Acne Dressing Facial Mask is actually on my face right now. It is a bunch of giant cotton pads that you put on your face. You have to cover your mouth with one of them. Basically, it isn’t an actual sheet, but if it’s effective, who cares!
Final Thoughts?
Although in comparison to previous boxes the Bomibox for September 2018 isn’t worth as much, as August was worth close to 100$. Despite that, I still love a number of the products they added, as the ingredients in them are excellent, and will really help your skin. They aren’t just throwing products at you to try, they are carefully curating. This month is focusing on exfoliating, treating, and protecting skin, which is perfect for moving into cooler weather.
Is this still one of the best Korean Skincare subscription services that I have tried to date? Absolutely. If you are looking to try out new products that are curated month by month, you should definitely consider giving it a try!
