Wanna One (원너원) 1-1=0 Nothing Without You Album Unboxing

wanna one nothing without you

Today’s post is on the Wanna One repackage of 1×1=1 To be One, 1-1=0 Nothing Without You. This album features 11 tracks, four of which are included on the original EP (the repackage does not have “Always” on it). Four of the tracks are completely new to this version, and it also includes remixes of “Burn it Up” (홭활) and Energetic (에너제틱). This also has an album exclusive Bonus track. This repackage was released back in November 2017.

I do a lot of my album shopping on Music Plaza LA. Additionally, if you have never used Music Plaza before, this link will get you an extra 5% off of your first purchase!

You can also order a copy of the album from an eBay, as they typically have good prices. Plus, with eBay, you can save a little bit of money by using the E-Bates extension on your browser, as it will save you 2% on all album purchases, which definitely adds up.

What is E-Bates?

E-Bates is a cashback site that gives you money for purchases you may have already made. They even have an extension for multiple browsers so when you go to a website that uses Ebates, it will automatically pop up the cashback button to make sure you are saving money. I use this all the time, and I got over 80$ back from them for purchases I was going to make anyway. That’s about 3 more albums I can buy!

If you’ve never used EBates before, you can use this link to get $10 when making a qualified purchase of $25 when using EBates. You will also get whatever percent cashback is being offered from the site you are purchasing from.  Sephora, typically has 4% cashback, through here. Sokoglam typically has 3%. These percentages Many other major retailers are on there as well.

This album has 2 versions:

The photoshoot that was used in both books has more of an early film feel, as instead of being saturated with color, many of the photos are washed out as if they were taken with a Polaroid camera. As you can also see, they were very kind to fans with the contents as they did give you a little stand up of one of the members, and you may even luck out and get your favorite.

Things you need to know about both versions:

  • Things that come with the albums:
    • CD
    • Photobook (about 80 pages)
    • Stand-up card of one of the members
    • See-through card of one of the members
    • Huge photo card of one of the members (there is a calendar on the back of it)
    • Golden Ticket
    • Lyric Book
  • Both versions have a completely different photobook
  • The One version has a much more retro feel to the boys’ outfits
  • The Wanna version has a more street feel to the boys’ outfits.
  • The Golden tickets are completely useless if you are outside of Korea… they’re for some sort of event that has already passed.
  • The lyric books are identical in both albums and feature the colors from both versions.

K-Points: 467/5

What I like about this re-package is that they did give us Wanna One fans more music. As we all know, up until this point Wanna One had only released 5 songs. It is about time that they added 4 more. They still have not hit the ten-song mark though, as the bonus track on the album is one of the earlier songs, just a different version of the song. They were quite kind to the people who spent the money to support them, which I will always do because they are adorable.

If you are looking to get only one version of the album, I personally prefer the One version, simply cause I like the colors and the cover better. The composition of the photos is also better in that one. If you have to pick between this version, and 1×1=1, pick this one. It has more tracks, and you’ll get most of their discography up to this point (minus one song and two album exclusive versions of tracks that you would already have the original versions).

Which version do you like better, K-Nuggets? Let me know in the comments below!
