I’ve had a copy of this album in my collection for a few months now, and I can’t believe I’m just getting around to posting it. The Tale of the Nine-Tailed OST (구미호뎐) is from a drama that I watched religiously when it was on air. Although I initially turned it on due to a love of Lee Dong Wook (이동욱), I quickly became hooked on the plot, and continued to watch for that reason alone. The key thing to remember with OSTs is that the important part of an OST isn’t the packaging, but it is the music itself. Although this album only comes with a CD and a photo book, no photo cards, the packaging is still special because of that cool, unfolding umbrella that reveals the CD. Out of all of the albums I own, many of which are posted here, none of them, including the OSTs, feature such a cool way of revealing the CD.

So should you get yourself a copy of this album? If you are as big of a fan of Tale of the Nine-Tailed as I am, I definitely think it is worth picking up a copy. It’s a great memory to have of the album, plus you can listen to the whole score. Should you stream it? I definitely think it is worth it, especially because this album only features the most notable songs from the score that were recorded for the drama. There are over 30 others that aren’t included in this album.
