It August and there are face masks! My FACEtory August SEVEN-Lux subscription has arrived, which means that it is time to talk about some sheeties! I actually had a panic moment earlier last week that I was running low on sheet masks, so I’m enthralled that these came in at the PERFECT time.
If you do not know what FACEtory is, it is a face mask subscription service created by women in California who just LOVE sheet masks. They offer 2 packages:
- FOUR-Ever Fresh
- SEVEN-Lux
As you can probably guess, the Four-Ever Fresh box is has 4 sheet masks for you to try every month, and the Seven-Lux box has 7 in it. I personally get the 7 face mask box, as I can usually burn through about 20 sheet masks in a month, so 4 is far too few for my sheet mask loving face. I will try any and all sheet masks, as I have found it very rare to find ones I don’t like. They’re a fast and easy way to pamper yourself. Face Masks you get:
Facetory Sun Bae Soothing Pack
- This is FACEtory’s first official sheet mask!
- This sheet is made out of rayon and is meant to soothe and restore skin after a beach trip
- Key ingredients:
- Jojoba Seed Oil for soothing, unclogging hair follicles, treat acne, dry skin, and sunburn
- Aloe Barbadensis Leaf Extract for anti-inflammation and soothing
- Betaine a hydrant that is an anti-irritant that will help you retain moisture and reduce wrinkles
Ultru I’m Sorry for My Skin S.O.S Jelly Mask
- Another mask for after too much sun that has soothing properties
- Key Ingredients:
- Centella Asiatica (one of my favorite ingredients) it is high in antioxidants and fights inflammation and has anti-aging properties
- Broccoli Sprout Extract which helps calm any inflammation or irritation
Ariul Juice Cleanse Mask Wheat and Celery
- A cleansing mask
- Key ingredients:
- Wheat Extract that softens and moisturizes skin
- Celery Extract that has nutrueints for acne scars, and removes impurities from the skin
Shionle Pore & Spot Care Mask
- Targets unwanted pores and blemishesKey ingredients:
- Pinus Palustris Leaf Extract which contains antioxidant properties to fight free radicals and prevent aging
- Tea TRee Extract an antispetic that soothes skin anhd treats acne
Jeu’Demeure Aqua Mask
- Mask designed for hydration and balance
- Key ingredients:
- Trehalose rehydrates skin to help it retain moisture
- Sodium Hyaluronate which restores skin and moisturizes to reduce the appearance of blemishes and aging skin
Medius Ampoule Synergy Mask Lifting Plus
- Two part mask with an essence pad and a high-fitting mask to lift and firm skin
- Key Ingredients:
- Grapefruit extract in the pad which is rich in antioxidants to help skin glow and improve tone
- Hydrolyzed Collagen in the mask that plumps skin and reduces the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles
Adaline Keep Cool and Ocean Mask
- A cooling hydration mask
- Key ingredients:
- Sea water so you can pretend to be a mermaid… I lie. It helps strengthen the skin’s barrier while hydrating and soothing
- Honeysuckle Flower Extract a skin soothing agent that prevents sign of aging with antioxidant properties
Final Thoughts:
Although I haven’t tried any of these masks yet, I have tried the masks in past boxes. I was pretty impressed! They all lived up to their expectations, and definitely helped to improve my skin, little by little. Heck, it is already looking better than it did 6 months ago, which is basically a miracle with how bad it has been due to hormonal acne.
If you want to try really good sheet masks without having to deal with all of the selection process, this box is ABSOLUTELY perfect. They take all the guess work out of it, and it is basically a guarantee that you will get sheet masks that you will love. I honestly haven’t found one that I don’t like yet from them!
