EDM music has always been a genre that I greatly enjoy. It is high-vibe and a little unconventional but it will always keep you dancing. Because of that I have been following Hyoyeon (HYO) from Girls’ Generation music since she first came out with “Sober” in 2018. So, when it was announced that all of her past singles were coming out on her first mini-album Deep, I had to pick it up. Things to know about the Hyoyeon (HYO) Deep The First Mini-Album:
Released on May 16th, 2022 Deep marks the first solo mini-album release of Hyoyeon of Girls’ Generation. The mini-album peaked an number 13 on the Gaon Weekly ALbum Charts. Featuring all of her past singles since 2018, the mini-album has 7 tracks including her new single “Deep” which currently has over 8 million views on Youtube.

Although only one of the songs on this album is new, I’m very excited to finally have a physical copy of all of the songs. Many of these songs have been on my playlist for years, so it is nice to have a backup copy if they suddenly get pulled from streaming services (which has happened in the past).
