ENature Moringa Cleansing Oil Review

ENature Moringa Cleansing Oil scaled

Although last week we did a brand review of Pyunkang Yul, this week we are back to a regular one product review. Today, we are going to talk about the ENature Moringa Cleansing Oil. I have been testing out this product for a few months, and I would love to give you my thoughts on this product and whether or not I think you should try it.

Whenever I buy K-Beauty, I do shop at a couple of different places. If you want to see all of the places that I shop at, you can check them all out here.  With Ulta, Sephora, and Sokoglam, three of the places in that list, you can also use E-Bates for cash back off of your purchases on their site.

What is Rakuten?

Rakuten is a cashback site that gives you money for purchases you may have already made. They even have an extension for multiple browsers so when you go to a website that uses Rakuten, it will automatically pop up the cashback button to make sure you are saving money. I use this all the time, and I got over 80$ back from them for purchases I was going to make anyway. That’s about 3 more albums I can buy!

If you’ve never used Rakuten before, you can use this link to get $10 when making a qualified purchase of $25 when using Rakuten. You will also get whatever percent cashback is being offered from the site you are purchasing from.  Sephora, typically has 4% cashback, through here. Ulta typically has 3%. These are just some of the companies on the website, but there are other major retailers are on there as well!

Things to know about ENature Moringa Cleansing Oil:

This product is formulated with the following ingredients that are good for your skin:
  • Saffflower Seed Oil which is loaded with fatty acids that are nourishing and moisturizing to the face. It is also a good source of Vitamin E
  • Meadowfoam Seed Oil is a rapidly absorbing moisturizing oil that is high in antioxidants
  • Moringa Seed Extract which is full of vitamins, minerals and amino acids
This product is formulated with the following ingredients that are “bad” for your skin:
  • Fragrance (and there is a lot of it)
  • PEG-20 Glyceryl Triisostearate is a mild surfactant and helps you rinse off the product easily, although it is only mildly bad for the skin, it is the 3rd ingredient in the list so it is probably in a high concentration

K-Points: 6/10

So, for beauty reviews, unlike my album unboxings, I will be much harsher on because this can directly impact your health, where buying K-Pop albums does not. It just impacts your wallet. As such, all of my beauty reviews will be out of 10 points. I will not be going over that number.

So, there are a couple of things that I don’t like about the ENature Moringa Cleansing Oil the first is that the ingredient that they highlight in the product, Moringa is the 6th ingredient in the list, as you get lower in the list of ingredients, the concentration of the ingredients is lower, and anything that has less than 1% can be sorted in any order. Based on this ingredient’s position in the list there, as well as the other ingredients around it, there is no way of guaranteeing that it is in the product in any substantial amount. All of that being said, the product does what it’s supposed to, and it removes makeup. Just don’t put it near your eyes because of the fragrance, it burns.

What are the Koreans saying?

I was digging through reviews on 화해**, a Korean skincare app that lists out the ingredients of products from many brands for people to look through as well as post reviews. When I was looking at the ENature Moringa Cleansing Oil, there were no reviews on there, and it was quite far down in the list of popular products from the brand. The fact that it was this far down, and the Koreans are always more than happy to praise or critique a product tells me that it isn’t widely used.

Have you tried this product, K-Nuggets? What did you think? Do you like products with fragrance? Let me know in the comments down below!

사랑합니다!

**Note: 화해 still only exists in Korean, but some of the products can be searched for in English.
