I have been a fan of BTS since their debut. They’re amazing artists and excellent composers. So when Suga, as Agust D, announced he was coming out with his first studio album, D-Day, I immediately pre-ordered a copy. Things to know about the Agust D (Suga) D-Day The First Studio Album:
Released on April 21st, 2023, is the 3rd installment in Suga’s trilogy of works with August D and D-2. Selling over a million copies on its debut (according to Hanteo), the album features other artists, such as J-Hope, IU, Woosung of the Rose, and Ryuichi Sakamoto. The album was nominated for Album of the Year at the MAMA Awards. On top of that, the song, People Pt. 2 (feat. IU) was nominated for Best Rap & Hip Hope Performance and Song of the Year.

You can really tell that Suga poured his heart and soul into this album. From start to finish, the album really is a masterpiece, and very well deserving of all of the accolades it received. On top of that, the album packaging is top-notch. I love all of the extras it includes, especially that little Scanimation card. It’s really neat!

What is Rakuten?
