I haven’t written a beauty post in ages! For awhile, I actually wasn’t able to try new beauty products because my skin had a seriously bad allergic reaction and I couldn’t try anything new. Do I know which product caused the reaction? No idea yet, but I switched up a ton of products in my routine as a result to brands that I knew did crazy thorough testing, such as Neogen. Today, our post is not on that though! Today, I’m going to be talking about the Touch in Sol Feel Like Honey Moon Skin Base.
I actually picked up this product as a part of one of FabFitFun Edits, where they give you HUGE discounts on tons fo curated products. If you don’t know what FabFitFun is it is a quarterly lifestyle subscription service. The box costs $49.99 per season (unless you pay for a full year) but is worth over $250. Plus the company provides you exclusive discounts for other products that you can add to your box. This product just happened to be included in one of their edits. As such, I got a huge discount on the product, and only had to pay 11$ for it. At retail price, this product goes for 24$.

Can I get it on Amazon?
In theory, you can. I would never recommend buying a beauty product off of Amazon. With beauty products from Amazon, unless you know for a fact that it comes from the company’s storefront, you cannot guarantee that it is the legitimate product. In fact, when I was narrowing down my skincare products after the allergic reaction, the two that I owned that could have been the cause of the reaction were both bought off of Amazon. Yes, you may save a dollar or two, but it’s too risky. So, please, save yourself and don’t do it.
Things to know about the Touch in Sol Feel Like Honey Moon Skin Base
- This product is a facial primer that is designed to do the following:
- create a flawlessly smooth base for makeup application
- vitalize and increase the elasticity of the skin
- give your skin a beautiful dewy glow
- Main active ingredients in the primer:
- Honey which is full of vitamins and mineral that can brighten skin
- hyaluronic acid – for intense skin hydration, even in the dead of winter
- hydrolyzed collagen to give skin a dewy feel, smooth the skin. This product is also amazing at plumping and firming.
- The applicator for this primer is a little strange. It is basically a tiny spatula.
- When you initially put this on, there is a slight scent to it, and I, personally wouldn’t say it smells crazy good, but it dissipates shortly after.

Even though I am critiquing the applicator and the scent when initially applying this product, I must say. The glow that you get underneath your make from this is unreal! Every time I wear this, I feel like i have a celebrity level glow, and not like a glittery glow, it’s a “lit from within” glow. It’s truly impressive. More importantly, I feel like my makeup wears extremely well throughout the day when I wear this.
Would I recommend this product? Absolutely. Since K-Beauty focuses more on skincare, I feel like when it comes to primers, and anything that can help the skin, the Koreans knock it out of the park. I love how great my skin looks when I wear this primer, and I also feel like it is truly a fantastic product. Who would I recommend this product for? This product is definitely best for normal to dry skin. Oily skin doesn’t need the glow, they have it already!
