The K-Pop Market as a whole is completely saturated with albums, fan goods, and concerts. For fans, whenever they only have a small amount of money to spend on K-Pop can find picking the perfect products for them incredibly challenging. Today, I am going to tell you 10 albums that I think are worth purchasing and where you can find them.
1. BTS BE Deluxe Edition
This BTS album is one that I definitely do not regret adding to my collection. The packaging is luxury at its finest. The album includes 2 photo books, a making photo book, as well as many other items. If you want to see everything that comes with the album, this post goes into more details. 2. EXO Obsession
If you are looking for an EXO album to pick up, this is definitely one of the ones to get. Although only 6 members are present in this release, due to members entering the military, the packaging on this album is top notch. This album includes mini-photobooks of every member, plus one of the full group. If you want to see everything else that comes with it, you can see that here. 3. Kang Daniel Magenta
I am always of the belief that you cannot go wrong with anything Kang Daniel. As one of the former stars of Wanna One, Kang Daniel is now off on his own, under his own company, and continually making amazing music, including the songs on Magenta. 4. Hwasa Maria
This album is quite frankly on monstrosity, full of over 200 pages of gorgeous photos of the Mamamoo member. All of the tracks on the mini-album beautifully highlight her voice. This mini-album also includes both the tracks Maria and Twit, which both ranked highly in the charts.If you want to see more of this album, you can check it out here. 5. NCT 2020 Resonance Pt. 2
I’m not going to lie, the photo books for this NCT album are intense. Each album features 224 pages of photos, and if you are a fan of NCT, you can ensure that you will see photos of every single member. On top of that, this album features 21 tracks from all of the different sub-units. If you don’t have an NCT album, and you want a mix of all of the groups, this is an excellent choice. 6. Chungha Querencia
This album is another one that falls into the “monstrosity” class. The Chungha Querencia album features 21 tracks from the K-Pop goddess and 240 pages of photos. In this album, you can see her in some dramatic, yet gorgeous outfits, showing all of us how fierce she is. If you want to take a look through a small selection of the photos, you can see those here. 7. Bobby Lucky Man
I really love this album’s packaging because iKON’s Bobby chose to make it interactive. He included in the album a DIY book, as well as a sticker page to go with the DIY book. If you fill out the DIY book, it’s like you are drawing with Bobby. It’s a neat concept that I have never seen before. If you want to see what else comes with the album, you can see that here. 8. Ong Seongwu Layers
Ong Seongwu is another former member of the project group Wanna One with Kang Daniel. Honestly, I don’t think he gets enough attention for how incredibly talented he is. This album though has a really neat photobook! The pages are of mixed mediums so there are some pages made of different textures, and some that are even translucent. It’s really neat. 9. Itaewon Class OST
If you have not seen Itaewon Class, the K-Drama, you are missing out. It is a drama with many twists and turns which constantly has you rooting for the main character, played by Park Seojoon. The OST is also just as cool, and includes memorabilia from the TV series, including your own name tag for their bar. 10. MINO 2nd Full Album | Take
This album, although not as dramatic as some of the others, is in here because of the artistic quality of the Photo book itself. Mino Take radiates the main rapper of WINNER’s artistic spirit on every page. The layout of pages, and how he set up the images are really unique. I hope this post gives all of you a quick list of albums to choose from when trying to decide what albums to buy. There are so many albums out there, and so many more albums that I want to share with you all, but I figured that this quick post would give you a quick overview of some of my favorites up to this point.
