Troiareuke Cushion A+ Review

Troiareuke Cushion A C

Time for more Korean skincare/makeup! I have no idea which category this one fits, as technically, it is both! After hearing about this brand from the Youtubers Joan Kim and Edward Avila who both have acne prone skin like me, I had to get my hands all into the brand. Insert the Troiareuke Cushion A+ being added to my makeup/skincare collection.

I picked this product up off of Sokoglam for $38. Here is a link. If you would like 20% off of your first Sokoglam purchase, you can use this link here. It’ll save you a couple dollars. Sokoglam also offers Cashback through Ebates if you use this link, and make a purchase off the website, you will get 3% cashback at Sokoglam, plus an extra ten dollars back to you. They even have a Chrome Extension so when you go to a website that uses Ebates, it will automatically pop up the cashback button to make sure you are saving money. I use this all the time, and it saves me a TON of money that I wouldn’t have saved otherwise.

It is on Amazon for legit the exact same price here, but with 2 day free shipping with Prime. So you decide which you want. You can get a 30 day free trial using this link here. I will not lie, the free 2 day shipping, plus all of the free music and videos are totally worth it. I also now use it for books for my Kindle paper white too, and it is honestly a life saver. They have a program called Kindle Unlimited where you can check out 10 books at a time, read them, and put them back in the kindle library. The program cost $7.99 a month, and you get the first 30 days for free with this link.

Things to know about the Troiareuke Cushion A+:

  • Troiareuke was originally a spa only brand, but it became so popular that they created a full skincare line targeted at different skin types, like sensitive skin, dry skin, acne prone.
  • The Acsen line, which this is a part of is created to specifically target acne.
  • This cushion also boasts to be 99% skincare, 1% makeup
  • It comes in 2 shades:
    • 21 – light beige (shown here, as i am a ghost with neutral undertones)
    • 23 – natural beige (intended for those with cool undertones)
  • Key ingredients:
    • Centella asiatica, which is one of my favorite ingredients to date. It is perfect for fighting redness and generally smoothing the skin.
    • Tea tree extract which is calming, cooling, and fights acne by getting into the pores.
    • Calendula extract, which has anti-inflammatory, anti-bacterial and anti-fungal properties.
  • This cushion has a very fine consistency

K-Points: 500/5

Honestly, to date, this is the best cushion I have tried. Although it isn’t extremely full coverage, if you have acne, this covers just enough to make your skin feel more even. Additionally, it blends out extremely well, and doesn’t feel cake-y at all on the skin. This is one of them most lightweight formulas I have ever seen. I am seriously impressed, as before this one, I was totally jaded when it came to cushions. None worked for me up to this point.

Obviously, I cannot tell you how I think it will help my skin over time, but I can already see myself repurchasing this. It lasts quite awhile, is easy to touch up. As a ghost girl, the color is good. Most importantly, I feel like I have nothing on my skin.  It makes me look at myself in the mirror like:

Hey girl hey! Should you buy this product? Since it is specifically formulated for those with acne prone skin and scarring, if your skin is a struggle bus, yes. get this. If your skin is dry. Do not. It will not be enough moisture. The H+ one may be better. Also, if you are darker complected, this will also not work for you. It will wash you out.
