I have finally received my copy of the NCT 127 Regulate album in the mail. It is now unboxed and ready to share with you all. If you read my review of the album, you will know that I thought the added tracks from NCT 127 Regular-Irregular were fantastic (review and unboxing of those). They definitely added something extra to the album, and Simon Says was a fantastic single that also happens to be stuck in my head at the moment.
Things to know about the NCT 127 Regulate The First Album Repackage:
Released on November 23rd, 2018, Regulate marks SM Entertainment‘s NCT 127‘s first repackage. Adding 3 new tracks to the listing from Regular-Irregular, this repackage charted in both Korea and the United States. It is also certified platinum in Korea, selling over 250,000 copies. Featuring the single “Simon Says”, it became the first single of the group to reach number one in the United States on the US Digital Song Charts.

Even though the photo book isn’t very many pages, I love how big the photobook is. You can basically look directly into the pores of all the members with how big the pictures are. The main difference between all of the albums is the sleeve that goes on the album. The inside books are all the same, as they feature all of the members. I like this, as that was my complaint about the GOT7 Present: You album. In that one, you only got photos of the member that was on the cover. On top of that, I especially love the personalized message from the member on the cover. It’s very sweet and genuine. This really helps you get to know the member a little bit better since the group is so large and has lots of personalities.

Should you get a copy of this album? I definitely think that if you love NCT then this is a great treat to have! You get a CD of great music and GIANT photos of the members. Who could complain? Should you just stream it? Absolutely, the music on the album is so amazing that it is a repackage that I definitely do not regret purchasing.

What is Rakuten?
