Released on March 24th, 2022, The Story marks Kang Daniel’s first full studio album. Selling over 300,00 copies the album peaked at number 2 on the Gaon album charts. The Single from the album, “Upside Down” has 23 million views on YouTube. On top of that, Daniel got to perform “Parade” from the album on The Kelly Clarkson Show, marking his US television debut.

Honestly, I really like this album. The music is good. The packaging is excellent and the album has a lot of extras. There are stickers, multiple photocards, a magnet, and even a really interesting postcard with the symbols. It’s a really neat extra that I haven’t seen anywhere else. This really is a unique album.
