Older release for you all today, but it is still a goodie. This is the Seventeen A|1 mini-album that was released in the spring of 2017. Every track on this mini album is fantastic, from the title track 울고 싶지 않아 to my personal favorite track 입버릇, as I am always a huge fan of a good ballad. But, I will point out, I have never heard of a bad track from these boys at Pledis they are excellent song writers, and I envy them for how much talent they are oozing at such a young age.
I do a lot of my album shopping on Music Plaza LA. Additionally, if you have never used Music Plaza before, this link will get you an extra 5% off of your first purchase!
You can also order a copy of the album from an eBay, as they typically have good prices. Plus, with eBay, you can save a little bit of money by using the E-Bates extension on your browser, as it will save you 2% on all album purchases, which definitely adds up.
What is E-Bates?
E-Bates is a cashback site that gives you money for purchases you may have already made. They even have an extension for multiple browsers so when you go to a website that uses Ebates, it will automatically pop up the cashback button to make sure you are saving money. I use this all the time, and I got over 80$ back from them for purchases I was going to make anyway. That’s about 3 more albums I can buy!
If you’ve never used EBates before, you can use this link to get $10 when making a qualified purchase of $25 when using EBates. You will also get whatever percent cashback is being offered from the site you are purchasing from. Sephora, typically has 4% cashback, through here. Sokoglam typically has 3%. These percentages Many other major retailers are on there as well.
I could rant on and on about how much I envy them, but let’s move on to actually talk about the physical album itself.
Things to know about this Album:
- There are 3 versions:
- Things that come with the album:
- CD
- Photobook (about 120 pages)
- Photobook sleeve
- Photocard (1 out of 13 per version)
- Postcard (1 out of 13 per version)
- Seal of approval stickers
- Alone is a very clean, indoor photoshoot
- All is a beach photoshoot
- A|1 is more of “boys having fun” photoshoot. It’s cute.
- The albums are all in little envelopes in the front. Honestly, I think this is way more secure for the CD than some of the other ways I have seen them in there, as I don’t really like it when they are exposed.
K-CPoints: 489/5
I’m a pretty big fan of Seventeen, as they usually never fail to disappoint, and this mini-album is no exception. When it comes to Seventeen, I don’t really drool over any of the members as I do with some other groups **cough cough** EXO and SUJU **cough cough**, but I do drool over some of their music, as it is truly top-notch.
If you were only to buy one version of this album, go for the All edition, because the cover is the coolest, and I personally like the gold stickers the best, as well as the photo shoot the best. Close second is the Alone version, yet again for the cover. And then 3rd is probably the A|1 version. TBH, I like them all, and deciding which one to pick is completely benign because they are all great. So, just go with whatever. Clearly, I’m indecisive, but how can you not be when they are all good.
Which one do you like the best, K-Nuggets?
사랑합니다!
