Okay, guys, it is time for another album unboxing. This one is an older one in my collection, but the music on it is so good that I wanted to talk about the physical album itself. This is LeeHi’s Seoulite. It came out in March of 2016, and the music on it is solid and well-done.
I do a lot of my album shopping on Music Plaza LA. Additionally, if you have never used Music Plaza before, this link will get you an extra 5% off of your first purchase!
You can also order a copy of the album from an eBay, as they typically have good prices. Plus, with eBay, you can save a little bit of money by using the E-Bates extension on your browser, as it will save you 2% on all album purchases, which definitely adds up.
What is E-Bates?
E-Bates is a cashback site that gives you money for purchases you may have already made. They even have an extension for multiple browsers so when you go to a website that uses Ebates, it will automatically pop up the cashback button to make sure you are saving money. I use this all the time, and I got over 80$ back from them for purchases I was going to make anyway. That’s about 3 more albums I can buy!
If you’ve never used EBates before, you can use this link to get $10 when making a qualified purchase of $25 when using EBates. You will also get whatever percent cashback is being offered from the site you are purchasing from. Sephora, typically has 4% cashback, through here. Sokoglam typically has 3%. These percentages Many other major retailers are on there as well.
Things you need to know about the album:
- There is only 1 version of this album, and it does this fold-out thing, so you open the flaps on the two sides, and then there is one more flap in the center before you can see the real album
- Things that come in this album:
- CD
- Photobook (about 36 pages)
- Lyric book
- Small, fold-out double-sided poster
- 2 polaroid photocards
- The photobook is really small, but for female artists, I don’t really care about the photo books
- One-side of the poster is an expanded version of the landscape that you see on the cover
- The other side is a picture of LeeHi wearing the tallest heels known to man
K-Points: 447/5
Honestly, I really don’t mind that this album doesn’t have like 50 million pictures of LeeHi in it. She is such an amazing singer at such a young age that even a small little taste of her is worth buying. At the same time though, this album doesn’t make me hyperventilate like some of the other ones in my collection, but I definitely do still enjoy it. I like that it’s smaller and more compact. I personally don’t care about having a massive photo book of a female. When it comes to female artists, I’d rather read a whole massive article or book about their skincare secrets and their favorite makeup products.
Should you get a copy of this album? Absolutely. The music on it is amazing, and the album itself is pretty cool. I love the style that they chose for it, and it is great that it won’t take up much space. Now, is this an album that I think you absolutely need to get the physical copy? No. You can 100% just stream this album because with this one it is the music that is important. There is definitely something I like about having an actual copy of it though as if it ever gets removed from any of those streaming services, I know that I still have it. At the end of the day, this is definitely one of my favorite albums, and I know you all will enjoy it too.
