I am really shocked at myself that I haven’t written a post about this product earlier! The Touch in Sol No POREblem Primer is my ride-or-die face primer that I use every single day, and I have not told all of you about it yet! Well, today is finally that day! Once I bought this primer, I haven’t touched another one, and this has been for over a year!
I always pick up this face primer at Sephora. It costs only $18, and it is way cheaper than probably 95% of the face primers that you will find in there, but it is twice as good. It looks like it is also available on Amazon too for a few bucks cheaper (here), but for makeup, I don’t always trust Amazon. I’d rather go to Sephora. It’s up to you though.
Things to know about the Touch in Sol No POREblem Primer:
- Touch in Sol is a Korean brand that was started in Seoul by Sean K. Lim. It focuses on fun, but amazing products.
- The No POREblem primer is one of their best sellers for obvious reasons, as it is a pore filling primer, but it doesn’t dry out your skin or mess with the skin’s barrier the way other mattifying primers do.
- The primer is lightweight, as if a feather is sitting on top of your skin. So it is still able to breathe through it
- On top of that, the Touch in Sol No POREblem Primer is also incredibly long-wearing and will make you look go for hours longer than you thought was possible, while still being comfortable. Honestly, since I started using this, I barely touch up my skin midday anymore.
- I also went and double-checked the ingredients in this, and the deck is relatively clean. The only things that are potentially a concern are PEG-10 Dimethicone (for anti-caking – it’s the silicone in it) and the fragrance, which is a low concentration.

If you hate pore-filling primers because the feel awful on the skin (I feel you on that), you will not feel that way about this one. It is truly one of skin’s little luxuries, and I love using it every day. My makeup doesn’t cake up and more, and it last for ages. It truly just feels amazing.
Should you buy this product? Absolutely. For starters, it is probably way cheaper than whatever primer you are currently using, and on top of that, it is way more effective! My makeup holds all day, and I have been using it for years now.
