So, for beauty reviews, unlike my album unboxings, I will be much harsher because this can directly impact your health, whereas buying K-Pop albums does not. It just impacts your wallet. As such, all of my beauty reviews will be out of 10 points. I will not be going over that number.
I really like the formula of all of ETUDE’s lip products. They are incredibly hydrating and last relatively long. One thing I really dislike about these is that you cannot tell which shade is which without opening the product. It is very annoying because it takes a bit longer to find the shade that I want, which is a shame because the packaging is so pretty. Besides that though, I really like the formula – it stays on, even if you need a mask, and it isn’t drying at all, which is key, especially now that we are in the middle of winter. I also love how they have a cooler toned red in here, as that is harder to find in K-Beauty.
What are the Koreans saying?
I was digging through reviews on 화해 (Hwahae)*, a Korean skincare app that lists out the ingredients of products from many brands for people to look through as well as post reviews. So, instead of going through and talking about what the Koreans thought since there are 5 shades, I will rank all 5 in order based on the number of reviews and stars. Also, I included the release date of the palettes so that you can that into account with the number of reviews.
