Things to know about the NCT Neozone Album:
Released on March 6th, 2020, Neozone is the 2nd full album by SM Entertainment‘s NCT 127. Selling over 750,000 copies, the album was certified 3 times platinum in Korea. The album also charted in 10 different countries and ranked number one on the weekly charts in both the US and Korea. It ranked on the month-end charts in both Korea and Japan and made it onto the year-end charts in the United States, Korea, Hungary, and Japan. The album features the single “Kick It (영웅)” in 5 different countries and was nominated for Song of the Year at MAMA.

If any of you have read my blog for a while, you will know that I have a weakness for stickers, and this album has a full sheet of them. The filters on the photo have a very retro feel to them. It makes their complexions washed out and the photos aren’t over-saturated. On top of that, I really love this album’s packaging. It feels really unique and different to other ones I have seen on the market. For those reasons combined, this album is getting a 30/5.

So should you get yourself a copy of this album? I personally think this one is worth it. It comes with a bunch of extra things, and the album packaging itself is just different. I’m a big fan of the direction that SM has begun to go with its album packaging. Should you stream it? Absolutely. On top of the album packaging being fantastic, the music on the album itself is really good. NCT has a really different sound and I think that this album just adds to that.

What is Rakuten?
