K-Goods: SHINee Lightstick Review

SHINee Lightstick

As part of SHINee’s 10th Anniversary special with a magical fan meeting, the SHINee lightstick was finally released. I am a huge fan of SHINee, also known as the Savage boys. They rip each other to shreds, and to be honest, it is hysterical. I live for them on television. So, of course the SHINee lightstick made it’s way into my home.

They do have them on Choice Music for $49.99, plus shipping here. That is where I picked mine up from, as I do not have a need for it for a concert at the moment. Do I hope to have to need it for a concert at some point? Absolutely! SHINee is the best, and I will wave their light stick with pride.

Things to know about the SHINee Lightstick:

  • It’s shaped like a diamond inside of a diamond
  • It takes 3 AAA batteries
  • The battery part isn’t your typical screw on it has this complicated latch system so the bottom won’t fall off.
  • It comes with a silicone strap and the button says SHINee on it
  • The button to turn it on has a diamond on it
  • The SHINee Lightstick has 3 different settings:
    • On
    • Slow blink
    • Fast blink
  • The lightstick also comes with a dust bag to keep it in. Once I discovered this, I realized the NCT lightstick has one too.

K-Points: 439/5

I actually really like the design of this lightstick! It has a number of little details that are just all so nice, like the diamond on the button to turn it on. Despite that, and this is a matter of person preference If I had to pick my favorite lightsticks, I would pick my EXO or SUJU one. Those are both really cool. Regardless, I am still really excited to use the lightstick, as I do love SHINee, because they are savage and spirited and want to show my support.

Should you buy this? Only if you are a seriously big SHINee fan. It is pricey, and if you aren’t a massive fan and probably won’t see them in concert, you definitely don’t need this. If you are like me though, and are a fan of SHINee, it’s totally worth having.

Which song from SHINee’s 10th anniversary release is your favorite? Let me know in the comments below, K-Nuggets!
