FACE MASK TIME! my FACEtory July SEVEN-Lux subscription has arrived, which means that it is time to talk about some sheeties! I was travelling for the last week of June and the first week of July, so I am excited to give my skin a little bit of extra TLC this month, as travelling is rough.
If you do not know what FACEtory is, it is a face mask subscription service created by women in California who just LOVE sheet masks. They offer 2 packages:
- FOUR-Ever Fresh
- SEVEN-Lux
As you can probably guess, the Four-Ever Fresh box is has 4 sheet masks for you to try every month, and the Seven-Lux box has 7 in it. I personally get the 7 face mask box, as I can usually burn through about 20 sheet masks in a month, so 4 is far too few for my sheet mask loving face. I will try any and all sheet masks, as I have found it very rare to find ones I don’t like. They’re a fast and easy way to pamper yourself. Yahdah Soothing Jelly Pack
- This mask is a soothing hydrating mask
- Key ingredients:
- Opuntia Ficus-Indica Extract for soothing and hydrating
- Aloe Barbadensis Leaf Extract for anti-inflammation and soothing
- Bambusa Vulgaris Extract for reducing and smoothing wrinkles
Medius Cream Mask Gold Sericin
- This mask is a super hydrating mask
- Key Ingredients:
- Sericin which is rich in amino acids. This build collagen which helps reduce wrinkles
- Limnanthes Alba (Meadowfoam) Seed oil for softening and moisturizing
- Hydrolyzed Hylaronic Acid for keeping skin plump and elastic
Oerbeua Firming Mask
- A firming and smoothing mask
- Key ingredients:
- Glycerin for moisturizing and protecting the skin from moisture loss
- Betaine to prevent irritation and and smooth skin
- Cauliflower extract to improve skin’s texture and delay signs of aging
Dr Lola London Shopper Mask
- Targets smoothing and hydrating the skin so it’s looking baller
- Key ingredients:
- Pearl extract: to repair damaged skin while and generate new cell growth
- Milk Protein extract to hydrate and lock in moisture
Berrisom Soda Bubble Bubble Mask Aqua Fruit Mask
- Bubble mask that smells like fruit
- Key ingredients:
- Grape extract which is full of Vitamin E for retaining moisture and exfoliating
- Peach Fruit Extract for eliminating free radicals to prevent aging
- Centella Asiatica Extract to fight inflammation and promote anti-aging
Wonjin Effect 3 Step Amino Up Mask
- A 3-step mask that helps promote flawless skin
- Key ingredients:
- Lifting Eye Gel with Niacinamide to preent fine lines
- Amino Up Toner with Leucine for regenerating aging skin and reducing fine lones
- Amino Up mask with Mushroom extract to improve acne, rosacea and eczema as well as Alanine for giving your skin a smoother appearance
Entia No Filter Moisturizing Camera Mask
- As you can tell by the name, this mask is for moisturizing
- Key ingredients:
- Allantoin for moisturizing and softening
- Kakdu Plum Extract which is full of Vitamin C, is a natural acne fighter, and is full of anti-oxidants
- Sodium Hyaluronate for restoring the skin and reduce the appearance of blemishes
Final Thoughts:
Although I haven’t tried any of these masks yet, I have tried a number of these brands previously, as they came in past boxes. I was pretty impressed! They all lived up to their expectations, and definitely helped to improve my skin, little by little. Heck, it is already looking better than it did 6 months ago, which is basically a miracle with how bad it has been due to hormonal acne.
